Lead the customer goal process through close partnership with senior executives and financial partners
Report on actual performance against plan and forecast future results
Deliver ad-hoc projects that inform both strategic and operational projects
Identify business trends and shifts, and recommend data-driven responses to our organization
Use customer-centric data analysis, data visualization, segmentation, and predictive modeling methods to increase sales across customer cohorts
Design analytic constructs to highlight areas of the business that are under or over performing and help develop strategies to address these areas

Bachelor's degree in math/statistics/engineering/business analytics or related
5+ years of experience in business analytics
+2 years of experience with customer analytics (e.g. targeting and customer segmentation, lifetime value forecasting, behavioral trend modeling)
5+ years experience with data visualization tools (Tableau)
5+ years experience with statistical computing tools (R, SPSS)
5+ years experience with query and database access tools (MicroStrategy)
5+ years experience with analysis tools including Excel VBA, R, SPSS, Python, R, and SAS
Experience with cloud-based data platforms (databricks, Azure)
