About this role
Role Overview
Handle higher level technical support to customers across multiple channels seamlessly
Troubleshoot customer concerns and determine appropriate resolutions
Assist customers with Do It with Me set up, troubleshooting to ensure system is functioning properly
Create new accounts in Alarm.com following established guidelines
Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions in Microsoft D365
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent

3 years of relevant technical support experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced technical ability to understand and explain necessary steps to customers
Must complete ADC Technician Certification training within 90 days
