Overseeing purchasing and inventory control of the warehouse
Negotiating and securing pricing
Receiving incoming shipments of merchandise or other materials
Verifying correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices, etc.
Keeping records of goods received
Reporting damaged goods and shortages
Keeping stock in orderly arrangement
Utilizing Yardi software to track and maintain inventory
Purchase order processing and auditing of all received items
Working closely with accounts payable coordinator to process paperwork in a timely manner
Distributing parts and maintaining building and unit keys to vendors and the maintenance team
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
No specific certification/professional license required
Experience not required but warehouse experience preferred (3 years)
Skills: Data Management, Multitasking, Oral Communications, Relationship Management, Time Management, Written Communication, Yardi
A driver's license is not required
