Role Overview

• Functions as a member of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the provision of patient care.
• Enhances the quality of clinical and financial outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Communicates with healthcare team to ensure appropriate medical necessity for patients.
• Serves as a liaison to ensure continuity and integration of services.
• Ensures patient care moves through the continuum in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Associate Degree Nursing
• 2 or more years clinical experience
• Licensed Registered Nurse (LRN)
• Single State
• State Board of Nursing
• Registered Nurse in State of Kansas
