Set strategy, develop and execute plans to grow generics retail sales, drive engagement and enhance customer operations, including service, demand planning, and analytics
Work closely with internal functions to ensure alignment on strategies, objectives and customer needs
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ~50, with a focus on the national retail sales and corporate accounts groups, delivering business critical business analytics and reimage customer engagement models
Set sales goals, monitor performance, and drive initiatives to achieve revenue growth and successful product launches
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
10+ years of sales leadership in pharmaceuticals (preferably generics), with strong knowledge of the Canadian retail pharmacy market
Progressively evolving leadership experience managing functions in one or more relevant area business area (marketing, product management, customer service, supply chain etc.)
Strong strategic and operational skills, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional sales teams and drive business success and innovation
Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and drive change
Up to date knowledge of current and emerging technology and data within the industry and understands its implications from a competitive standpoint
Excellent communication skills; bilingual in French & English preferred.
Knowledge of English is required for this position to communicate with clients, partners and internal teams located outside of Quebec.
