Role Overview
- Oversee and manage the day to day operation of the National Accounts sales support team
- Identify opportunities to increase margin and sales
- Ensure product analysis and data presented to sales team is accurate and meaningful
- Partner with customers to maximize logistical efficiencies
- Prepare product mix proposals supporting sales team
- Develop and mentor staff through onboarding and training processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry
- At least 1 year of experience managing people
- Business analytical skills, including facilitating requirements sessions
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel
