Provides tactical leadership to the Operational Efficiency team of the Project Management division.
Responsible for the daily operations of the business unit and for consistently executing the Operational Efficiency strategy.
Works with a team of subject matter experts in the identification and execution of process improvement projects.
Assists the Division Manager in carrying out the corporate strategic plans and goals.
Communicates and executes action plans to meet performance objectives.
Allocates resources to the most important projects and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in field(s) applicable to Division/Business Unit management OR 5+ years demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring teams.
Experience in the applicable Division/Business Unit preferred.
3+ years' experience and knowledge as a Supervisor preferred.
Internal leadership development programs (e.g. EEJ, LDP, etc.) completed or relevant leadership education preferred.
