Collaborates with multiple Product Managers, the business, and development teams to execute on delivering Product features ensuring value, quality and alignment across stakeholders.
Connect product strategies with desired goals and analyze performance.
Track and analyze key product metrics to drive adoption, market value, and financial success
Engage and influence stakeholders to foster diverse perspectives and effective communication; align on strategies and execute them collaboratively
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, makes recommendations to assess product needs and implements solutions (driving for significant impact) within area of responsibility.
Uses design thinking methodology to solve problems and iterate based on research.
Uses influence to move teams through buy-in of product direction, recommendations, and business need; encourages engagement and creativity across the team, understanding when to take action, engage and adjust
Drives product strategies from ideation to delivery, owning process from business and solution design through testing and market release.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent experience
Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience
Product Management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
Product and project management platform experience (e.g., Confluence, Jira)
