Coach and drive Agile adoption
Lead the adoption of Lean and Scaled Agile principles across product teams
Serve as a trusted advisor for product leaders and teams on agile delivery, governance, and performance metrics
Implement and evolve the Digital Operating Model to improve speed, quality, and adaptability
Establish robust communication channels with users and stakeholders
Promote a culture of accountability and metrics-driven decision-making
Define and track KPIs for product operations

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
15+ years of experience in product operations, agile coaching, or program management within large enterprises
Proven expertise in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Lean principles, and product-centric delivery models
Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience driving cultural transformation and embedding accountability practices
Familiarity with digital product lifecycle and operating models (ideation to sunset)
Background in IT or Digital organizations with exposure to enterprise-scale transformation programs
Hands-on experience with continuous improvement frameworks and change management
Ability to work across global teams and manage cultural diversity.
