Conduct proactive coaching to drive the results of all existing staff, ensuring high-performance levels
Lead the successful onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring they graduate at a high-performing level with excellent product knowledge
Work under the guidance of the Territory Manager to strategically optimize results, leading to high direct profitability in the region
Regularly analyze sales performance data to provide insights into trends and track individual and team performance metrics
Recognize recruitment store needs and effectively communicate weekly with the Talent Acquisition Team
Participate in the recruitment process for new Field Sales Representatives and facilitate their smooth integration and training into the team
Encourage team members to access the Learning Management System for training materials and empower them to take ownership of their job and success
Build authentic relationships with team members to motivate and encourage high performance consistently
Support check-ins and check-outs for the Territory Manager on key day
Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization through excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed
Guarantee adherence to all store compliance standards, actively pinpointing opportunities for enhancing processes and systems
Attend to customer concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution with positive results

Requirements
2+ years of Sales and Management experience in field sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to prioritize effectively, manage effectively multiple projects with tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in partnership with the senior leadership team to identify strategic solutions
Manage technology assigned to staff and provide technical support as needed
