Support the manager in overseeing a portion of the Private Equity and Infrastructure portfolio;
Monitor the market and track trends in sectors related to alternative investments;
Conduct in-depth financial analyses of various investment opportunities;
Prepare documentation required for investment approval stages;
Assist the manager in negotiations related to the acquisition of new investments;
Collaborate closely with various internal and external experts (lawyers, consultants, partners, etc.);
Analyze and monitor the financial evolution of portfolio companies;
Participate in the development and use of portfolio management tools.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
A Master's degree would be an asset;
Intermediate to senior experience in private equity — typically 3 to 5 years — or more experience in infrastructure, M&A, private debt, or another relevant area;
Recognized for a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders;
Strong writing and communication skills;
Demonstrates excellent analytical, synthesis and rigorous skills;
High professional autonomy and a well-developed sense of priorities;
Proficiency in French and an advanced knowledge of English.
