Role Overview
- Provide day-to-day operational support to maximize the effectiveness of the global organization.
- Lead key initiatives and programs related to GH&B internal colleague engagement.
- Manage and optimize global Sharepoint, Viva Engage, OnMessage, and related internal channels.
- Ensure organizational changes are communicated regularly and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a system to capture recognition and drive participation in internal programs.
- Support GH&B meeting and governance needs on an ad-hoc basis.
- Draft internal and external leader communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in communications, English, social sciences, business/economics, healthcare/pre-med, or related fields
- 7 years experience in commercial/marketing, manufacturing, communications, HR/Px, or business operations
- Excellent strategic thinking, writing, editing, storytelling skills
- Experience leading successful internal communications or colleague engagement initiatives and programs
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, sound judgment under pressure.
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills
