Collaborate with clinical, customer support, product, and analytics teams to build scalable processes ensuring timely care for high-risk clients.
Triage daily clinical quality cases, including gaps in care, documentation requests, and member outreach, ensuring timely resolution.
Track and maintain key clinical quality metrics (HEDIS, STARs, preventive care measures) and support dashboards and internal reporting.
Assist with preparation, validation, and submission of payer-required quality reports.
Support planning and execution of clinical projects, including provider education and value-based care initiatives.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks, maintain project trackers, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
Monitor adherence to SLAs, workflows, and escalation protocols, flagging issues and supporting corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation, audit-ready files, and evidence for quality programs and accreditation activities.
Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability of clinical programs.
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare quality, or behavioral health technology.
2+ years of project or program coordination experience, including tracking timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
Familiarity with NCQA standards, HEDIS measures, or payer quality reporting is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and workflow tracking systems; experience with Salesforce or EMRs is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Data-literate, proactive, and able to engage with multiple teams to support operational and clinical objectives.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, public health, or a related field preferred.
PMP training preferred.
