Lead a multidisciplinary aerospace development effort, driving day-to-day execution of the program
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to plan and coordinate the resources necessary to execute the program
Synchronize a diverse technical team by establishing tools, practices, and process
Participate in technical discussions, ask probing questions, and work with the team to pull together scoping, schedules, and solutions to issues
Track and report program metrics on schedule, resource, cost, risk, and technical performance
Serve as the face of the company to customers, subcontractors and suppliers

5+ years relevant experience in program management
B.S. in an engineering discipline, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred
Track record of successfully delivering complete systems on time, to scope, with high quality
Experience in development and/or program management of satellite based systems
Ability to instantiate and manage integrated master schedules
Expertise in modern, cloud-based productivity tools
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Experience in vendor and contract management
