Manage user acceptance testing of functional requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in product management.
5 years’ experience in product management or related area.
3+ years in product management, including 2+ years experience in the B2B space.
2+ years of experience in the retail industry.
Experience working with sales, engineering, and account management teams.
Experience working with international partners and managing communication challenges.
Experience in launching customer-grade applications.
Proficiency with data analytics tools such as SQL and BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI.
Experience with data analytics and data science concepts.
Experience communicating product updates, milestones, and progress to internal and external partners in writing user stories, mapping user journeys, wireframing, and creating workflow diagrams.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and translate them into business requirements.
Ability to partner with global teams across different time zones.
Experience communicating with customers where English is their second language.
