Role Overview
- Deliver outstanding consumer experiences by applying our C.H.A.R.M service model
- Actively assist in all store departments including customer service, merchandising, product placement, and stockroom operations
- Work closely with Store Management to achieve performance objectives through effective selling strategies
- Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about current product collaborations and sharing knowledge with consumers
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Flexibility in the work schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and extended hours
- A team first approach and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
