Role Overview
- Develop and lead the implementation of our annual sales plan for the Western Region
- Cross functionally develops and successfully executes multi-year strategy
- Provide direction, coaching, training, and high-level management to direct reports
- Monitor regional sales climate and be subject matter expert on market trends
- Ensure adherence to price strategies and look for profit optimization opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in wine & spirits sales
- Ability to interact with and present to buyers
- Knowledge of consumer data such as IRI or AC Nielsen
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
