Own end-to-end curriculum design for AirOps University, keeping content platform-specific and current as the product evolves
Build learning frameworks that serve practitioners from first-time users to advanced Content Engineers to marketing executives
Continuously iterate based on learner feedback, product updates, and community insights
Set the standard for operational rigor across the function, making and facilitating informed data-driven decision
Manage and develop direct reports who facilitate live training sessions for 10-200 participants
Own the strategy and execution for community expansion and cohort-based programming, including tiered Content Engineering tracks for entry-level, advanced, and CMO audiences
Drive engagement, activation and retention across the AirOps practitioner community
Build and manage systems for onboarding new cohorts and progressing members through the learning journey
Lead in-person and virtual community events, leveraging hubs in NYC and SF
Work closely with product, marketing, and post-sale to align community programs with business priorities
Serve as an internal voice of the community, surfacing practitioner insights that inform product and GTM decisions
Contribute to headcount planning, program prioritization, and long-term enablement strategy
Requirements
7+ years of experience in community education
Built education programs at modern, technical product companies (e.g. Zapier, Langchain, etc.), NOT generic enterprise/community education.
Strong operational instincts and ability to build systems and accountability structures from scratch
Experience managing live training or cohort programs at scale
Proven people management experience with a track record of developing and retaining direct reports
