Support the executive team by managing administrative needs, including expense reports, team requests, and planning and executing onsite and offsite events, including philanthropy initiatives.
Co-manage administrative form requests, food and event services, office supplies, and small office-related projects.
Manage front desk reception by greeting customers, vendors, and associates, handling call transfers, and reviewing, organizing, scanning, and distributing mail and faxes.
Requirements
3+ years' work experience in administrative support
2+ years' experience using Microsoft 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
2+ years working in corporate culture
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 pounds
