Responsible for developing and growing business relationships with retailers, growers and consultants.
Serve as a local agronomic expert, positioning BASF seed, crop protection and seed treatment products with growers to maximize yield and profit.
Accountable for achieving annual sales targets with growers on seed, crop protection, seed treatments.
Create business and agronomic plans for key growers including strategies meeting their needs.
Establish business plans including sales targets, forecasts and actions with assigned Retailers for seed.
Develop and execute market strategies to launch new products per established goals.

Have a Bachelors Degree and knowledge and previous sales experience with agronomics, seed varieties and chemistry.
Bring 10+ years sales experience.
Possess strong business acumen and agronomic skills for seed and crop protection.
Have experience working well in a team environment with a positive attitude and creativity.
Successfully engage across the business.
Have strong computer skills, as well as experience with Digital Tools such as SalesForce, GS Live, Xarvio, Sales X.
