Revenue Cycle Management Lead – Director Level

Role Overview

• Oversee revenue cycle operations across Candid Health's portfolio of clients
• Manage high-performing onshore and offshore teams
• Drive RCM KPIs and outcomes
• Build & scale the department by creating and refining playbooks
• Monitor key metrics to adjust resourcing and priorities
• Act as the primary contact for complex customer issues
• Partner with Customer Support and Customer Strategy & Operations teams

Requirements

• 8-12+ years of medical billing experience
• At least 2-3 years of experience building and leading teams
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams is preferred
• Strong track record of driving revenue outcomes & efficiencies for RCM functions
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience across multiple specialties and telehealth billing
• Clear and concise communicator
• Experience collaborating with product/engineering teams
