Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience/combined education
10 years of professional level broad-based experience in HR, including employee relations and knowledge and understanding of EEO laws, Affirmative Action, and conflict resolution
Working knowledge of applicable state and federal employment, and compliance requirements
Technically competent in Microsoft Office programs, and previous experience with HR management software
Strong business acumen and understanding of the HR strategic partnership in driving business results
Must have strong communication skills to include verbal, written, and interpersonal.
