Sales Merchandiser

Role Overview

• build partnerships with retailers
• manage accounts focusing on selling products and promotions
• responsible for selling, ordering and presenting products
• execute commercial plans to customers on daily routes
• stock, merchandise, and rotate beverage sections and displays
• maintain proper inventory levels and organize back rooms
• communicate and provide direction to support team on days off

Requirements

• effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing
• customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
• willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• critical thinking skills
• high initiative and willingness to learn
• valid instate driver’s license
• excellent driving history
• proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage
• high school education / GED
