Solace is a Series C startup focused on redefining healthcare by providing expert advocacy and tools for better patient decision-making. The Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social will own and scale the company's paid social acquisition efforts, managing campaigns on platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat while collaborating closely with creative and data teams.
Responsibilities:
- Own Meta performance end-to-end across campaign strategy, structure, testing, and budget allocation
- Build a feedback loop in partnership with our integrated marketing and creative teams
- Monitor and diagnose full-funnel performance, not just platform KPIs — and proactively identify what’s driving wins/losses
- Partner closely with our CRO Specialist to align ad messaging with landing pages
- Own paid social tracking and measurement (pixel/CAPI health and lead quality feedback loops)
- Collaborate with Data/Analytics to improve reporting, ensure consistency in KPI definitions, and deepen channel insight
- Own our expansion into TikTok and Snapchat
- Translate account performance into insights for the broader team
- Manage and grow associate talent
Requirements:
- 3–6+ years of paid social experience, with recent, hands-on ownership of 7-figure Meta accounts
- Proven ability to manage and optimize campaigns toward real business outcomes (not just CTR/CPA in isolation)
- Deep understanding of tracking and measurement (Pixel + CAPI, event definitions, UTM hygiene, funnel reporting)
- Strong communication skills — able to explain performance simply and clearly to stakeholders
- Applicants must be based in the United States
