Translate strategy into action, influence leadership decisions, and solve meaningful workforce challenges in a dynamic environment
Build trusted relationships with leaders and employees to provide expert counsel on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and employee relations
Proactively identify workforce and cultural trends, diagnose root causes, and implement targeted solutions that enhance engagement, retention, and performance
Collaborate with leadership to align workforce plans, talent development, and succession strategies with business goals and operational priorities
Leverage analytics and workforce metrics to provide actionable insights and influence strategic decisions
Lead and contribute to initiatives that advance organizational agility, strengthen leadership capability, and drive a culture of accountability and inclusion
Partner across HR functions and business segments to ensure seamless delivery of HR programs, consistent practices, and continuous improvement
Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
HR generalist experience in manufacturing to include site exposure
Ability to drive HR strategy across key areas: performance management, employee engagement, retention, staffing, compensation, leadership coaching and development, and succession planning
Strong employee relations background including experience conducting investigations
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and communicate insights from data
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft or Oracle Talent Management Suite
