The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to leaders and employees across the organization, providing proactive HR support that aligns people strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, providing consistent and strategic HR Business Partner support on organizational and people-related matters
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including intake meetings, interview coordination, candidate experience management, and onboarding
- Lead and manage employee engagement initiatives, including:
- Employee recognition programs
- Great Place to Work survey administration, analysis, and action planning
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management processes
- Coach managers on performance feedback, development planning, and best practices in people management
- Drive continuous improvement of HR systems, documentation, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Support benefits administration and employee communications
- Coordinate training programs and leadership development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Provide day-to-day guidance on policies, procedures, and workplace best practices
Requirements:
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or generalist capacity
- Experience partnering closely with hiring managers and supporting recruiting efforts
- Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Experience managing employee relations issues and supporting performance management processes
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and trust with leaders and employees at all levels
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience leading engagement or culture initiatives (e.g., employee recognition, survey programs)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
