Role Overview
Provide strategic leadership and unified oversight for all divisional people teams.
Serve as the executive business partner to all Division presidents.
Lead the planning, development, implementation, and administration of people strategies and programs.
Advise the executive leadership team on organizational initiatives.
Champion a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Oversee workforce planning and talent management for all divisions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and organizational policies.
Develop and manage budgets for the consolidated people and business partnerships function.
Requirements
Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field.
Typically requires 10 years of experience in human resources in a large health system or similarly sized/structured business.
Includes 7 years of management experience in directing and leading comprehensive human resources functions within a complex organization.
Advanced consulting and strategic partnership skills.
Expertise in workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, recruitment, teammate experience, retention, and leadership development.
Strong business acumen, including the ability to interpret human capital data and organizational metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance outcomes.
Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
