About this role
Role Overview
- Lead a global team responsible for AEBU product and systems portfolio development
- Optimize the product portfolio to maximize profitability
- Own product strategy and overall product management responsibility
- Drive portfolio optimization and simplification
- Translate customer, regulatory, and functional safety requirements into scalable product solutions
- Regularly engage with the CEO Staff and tech development organization executives
- Senior executive interface for key automotive OEMs and embedded customers
- Lead a global team of product line and systems architecture experts
- Identify market opportunities and contribute to TAM assessment
- Work closely with Engineering, Global Quality, Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain
- Lead and develop a global organization of product and systems leaders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field (Master's preferred)
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in the semiconductor industry
- Strong understanding of memory and storage technologies
- Proven ability to influence and lead across global, matrixed organizations
- Executive presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills
