Role Overview
- Nurture profitable program entity relationships such that Customers value our premium finance services.
- Achieve organic growth and profitability goals based on the assigned book of business.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow existing Customer relations, while developing new ones.
- Possess strong Customer service skills, superior communication and negotiation skills and an understanding of company loan documentation and state premium finance requirements.
- Achieve key performance indicators in premium volume, loan units, program entity growth, and profitability based on the assigned book of business.
- Actively follow up on all quote activities within the AEA queue in a timely fashion.
- Service program entities by providing premium finance quotations, credit analysis and documentation completion.
- Develop a plan to develop new Prospects with assigned Sales Executives.
- Document Program Entities within Salesforce utilizing tasks or Chatter on various items.
- Review agency variances for the assigned book and work with SE, Regional Manager/Leader for further actions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with Sales Executive(s) on all program entity relationships within assigned portfolio.
- Provide Legendary Service to all Customer inquiries by responding promptly and thoroughly to all requests.
- Conduct program entity visitations on assigned relationships, as branch scheduling permits.
Requirements

- 2-4 Years of experience in premium financing or related field
- Must be self-motivated with a drive to take initiative
- Strong sales aptitude, with a desire to win
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in typing and 10 key
- College Graduate
