Role Overview
- Lead the end-to-end design of new commercial financial products
- Develop promotional financing constructs that drive dealer conversion
- Own the unit economics for new initiatives
- Serve as the strategic bridge between Credit, Risk, Legal, and Operations
- Create and present the strategic roadmap for new business lines
Requirements
- 7+ years in product strategy, specialty finance, or commercial financial services
- Deep understanding of point-of-sale (POS), indirect, or dealer-embedded financing models
- Strong grasp of the mechanics of a financial product—pricing, loss modeling, and servicing costs
- Proven ability to work alongside Underwriting and Compliance teams
