Manage and oversee the daily operations of our remote team, including monitoring productivity, performance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the remote team.
Collaborate with the management team to establish and maintain company goals and objectives.
Communicate and enforce company policies and procedures to remote employees.
Provide support and guidance to remote employees, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of the remote team.
Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to enhance operations.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Occasional travel to our headquarters in Santa Fe Springs, CA may be required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management.
Experience managing remote teams is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
