Coordinate all pre-boarding and onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, background checks, I-9 verification, IT access, orientation, and training schedules).
Serve as the first point of contact for all new hires during their first 90 days to ensure a smooth integration experience.
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Sales Leadership to develop and maintain onboarding playbooks and ensure process consistency across regions.
Support early engagement and retention initiatives (new hire surveys, check-ins, and feedback loops).
Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. labor regulations and audit standards.
Preparation and administration of internal company documents.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and policy templates within SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
Monitor documentation accuracy for background checks, work authorizations, and internal policies to mitigate compliance risks.
Manage the sales, supply, insurance and confidentiality agreements.
Act as the liaison between HR, TA, and managers to streamline administrative workflows, ensuring faster access, readiness, and consistency.
Provide reporting support on HR metrics, headcount updates, and compliance activities.
Assist with offboarding processes, including exit interviews, asset collection, and access deactivation.
Support the organization of HR events and engagement initiatives (training sessions, team-building activities, recognition programs).
Partner with leadership and the HR Development team to strengthen Teltonika’s employer brand and employee experience in a high-growth market.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in HR coordination, onboarding, or employee experience roles.
Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with U.S. employment law, I-9 verification, and HR compliance.
Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
