Assist with the development and deployment of campaigns, which may include traditional and digital marketing communication tactics
Review and contribute to marketing tactics that are effective and appropriate for the intended Medicaid audience
Work closely and collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure work meets the organization's regulations, requirements, deadlines, and budget
Facilitate communications and workflow with external agencies and partners
A large percentage of time in this role will be spent supporting the Senior Professionals with preparing and executing member campaigns, project management of member and/or provider communication assets, coordinating internal/external reviews, developing presentations that showcase campaigns and performance metrics to present to stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of business, marketing strategy, project management, digital marketing, and/or media marketing experience
Strong, demonstrated project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Marketing experience with a demonstrated ability of managing and prioritizing diverse projects with direction from multiple business partners
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; able to communicate at all levels of an organization
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
