Resolve Complex Challenges: Proactively identify and troubleshoot technical bottlenecks, collaborating with engineering to resolve high-stakes security issues.
Orchestrate Cross-Functional Impact: Coordinate between Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure a seamless customer experience from implementation through expansion.
Proactive Support: Anticipate technical challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and drive best practices to optimize performance and security.
Requirements
5+ years of technical experience in cybersecurity, with at least 2 years in a high-touch, customer-facing role (e.g., TAM, Security Architect, or Sales Engineer)
Deep Security Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of networking, security protocols, PKI, encryption, and vulnerability management
Proven Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex technical engagements and deliver projects on time and within scope
Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with enterprise cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and a solid understanding of software architecture
Elite Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex cryptographic and AI security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
