Assist in preparing and submitting marketing materials for internal review and approval across stakeholders.
Track campaign timelines and coordinate next steps to help ensure projects move efficiently from draft to launch.
Support updates to Digital Assets website content, including product pages, landing pages, and campaign-related materials.
Provide coordination and logistical support for conferences and events, including marketing materials, timelines, and cross-functional alignment.
Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, links, tracking parameters, and disclosures.
Maintain organized campaign calendars, documentation, and marketing archives.
Support operational and time-sensitive communications across the Digital Assets platform.
Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and execution excellence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
1+ years of experience in marketing, internships, or administrative support roles.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Basic understanding of the digital assets or cryptocurrency space; deep expertise is not required, but intellectual curiosity and familiarity with the industry are strongly valued
