Contribute to the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs.
Collect, structure and analyze data to support the team in understanding salary trends and identifying gaps.
Assist in the preparation and submission of compensation surveys.
Produce reports, tables and presentations for management.
Support the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Collaborate on various analytical projects and ad hoc total rewards initiatives.

Currently enrolled in a university program in actuarial science, business administration, or another relevant discipline.
Previous experience or academic exposure to data analysis, compensation, or statistics is an asset.
Strong Excel skills and demonstrated ability to analyze large datasets.
Comfortable with technology tools and digital environments.
Highly rigorous with strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills.
Interest in analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and technology tools.
