About this role
Role Overview
Own and manage the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification through contract negotiation and close
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Build and maintain a strong pipeline using HubSpot and other CRM tools
Lead discovery calls with pharmacy owners, operators, and stakeholders to understand business needs and pain points
Position Tabz’s payments, checkout, and integration solutions as mission-critical infrastructure for modern pharmacies
Deliver compelling product demos and presentations that clearly articulate ROI and business impact
Partner with Customer Success to drive expansion, upsells, and long-term customer retention
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and strategic pharmacy groups
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Solutions Architecture to refine messaging and sales strategy
Serve as the voice of the customer, sharing insights and objections with Product and Leadership teams
Help shape pricing, packaging, and go-to-market motions as Tabz scales
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3–5+ years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or pharmacy-adjacent industries
Proven track record of closing deals and hitting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate value to non-technical buyers
Experience using CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce
Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
Pharmacy, healthcare, or payments experience is a plus but not required
