Role Overview
- Be a subject matter expert for clients that are implementing Alkami’s digital banking product set with a focus on Commercial Banking/Cash Management.
- Analyzes client banking operations and maps requirements to Alkami’s digital banking platform.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ commercial banking operations as well as map and document requirements.
- Create business requirement documentation to identify customer requirements and industry best practices.
- Engage with cross functional teams to identify and support the implementation of improved Delivery processes.
- Advocate for clients’ business users across the platform and advise Product Management regarding business needs.
- Communicate status updates and progress to leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Understand the current Alkami platform offering to identify and document functionality gaps.
- Work closely with Alkami Product Management team to prioritize and map clients’ commercial banking needs within the product roadmap.
- Work as a liaison between Alkami customers and the Alkami Implementation Services teams, assisting with the translation between business requirements and solution configuration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience implementing a SaaS digital banking product in Financial Services
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury or Cash Management
- Domain expertise and extensive industry knowledge with a focus on commercial banking and cash management
- Previous experience with business requirement document creation and gap analysis
- Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently and/or with little supervision
