Be a subject matter expert for clients that are implementing Alkami’s digital banking product set with a focus on Commercial Banking/Cash Management.
Analyzes client banking operations and maps requirements to Alkami’s digital banking platform.
Conduct in-depth analysis of customers’ commercial banking operations as well as map and document requirements.
Create business requirement documentation to identify customer requirements and industry best practices.
Engage with cross functional teams to identify and support the implementation of improved Delivery processes.
Advocate for clients’ business users across the platform and advise Product Management regarding business needs.
Communicate status updates and progress to leadership and internal stakeholders.
Understand the current Alkami platform offering to identify and document functionality gaps.
Work closely with Alkami Product Management team to prioritize and map clients’ commercial banking needs within the product roadmap.
Work as a liaison between Alkami customers and the Alkami Implementation Services teams, assisting with the translation between business requirements and solution configuration.
Requirements
7+ years of experience implementing a SaaS digital banking product in Financial Services
5+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Treasury or Cash Management
Domain expertise and extensive industry knowledge with a focus on commercial banking and cash management
Previous experience with business requirement document creation and gap analysis
Demonstrated ability to successfully work independently and/or with little supervision
