Proactively manage and anticipate the executive's daily needs including complex calendar management, meeting confirmations, expense reporting, and ad-hoc requests
Serve as a key point of contact, expertly managing and prioritizing communication with employees at all levels, other executives, and external partners
Seamlessly plan and book domestic and international travel including detailed itineraries, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations
Track and drive the completion of critical tasks and projects, following up on outstanding items to ensure deadlines are met
Act as a forward-thinking problem solver who takes initiative with minimal direction
Requirements
5+ years of executive support and/or project coordination experience, supporting multiple senior level executives
Experience working with office applications including Outlook, Google Drive, Google Slides, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Slack
Ability to put yourself in the executive’s shoes and handle the schedule in a way that promotes the most effective use of time
Ability to handle highly sensitive information with discretion, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the utmost integrity
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently with general direction and guidance
High attention to detail to publish meeting agendas, take, and distribute notes, and follow up on action items
Strong written and verbal communication skills
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
