Role Overview
Provide senior leadership for sales execution and long-term business development within DoD Navy and Marine Corps programs.
Reporting to executive leadership, accountable for strategic account development, pipeline health, and alignment of NOBLE’s capabilities with customer mission needs.
Focus on shaping demand, guiding complex customer relationships, and directing opportunity development efforts.
Lead executive-level customer engagement and long-range account planning.
Ensure alignment between customer needs, solution development, and execution capabilities.
Provide strategic input into bid/no-bid decisions and pursuit prioritization.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in DoD business development or federal sales, including senior-level customer engagement.
Demonstrated success developing and managing complex, long-term DoD pipelines.
