Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for 3PL product fulfillment, with a strong emphasis on eCommerce, DTC, subscription, health & beauty, pharmaceutical, and social commerce brands.
Sell end-to-end 3PL fulfillment solutions directly to decision-makers including founders, COOs, Heads of Operations, Supply Chain, and eCommerce leaders.
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles involving multi-site warehousing, order management, shipping, kitting, reverse logistics, and value-added services.
Own the full sales lifecycle including: Prospecting and lead generation, Discovery and needs assessment, Solution design and pricing collaboration, Proposal development and executive presentations, Contract negotiation and close.
Navigate internal and external stakeholders to align operations, technology, and pricing resources required to win and onboard new clients.
Partner cross-functionally to ensure smooth post-sale handoff and resolve post-proposal or onboarding issues.
Maintain strong pipeline discipline and forecast accuracy using Salesforce.
Requirements
5+ years of successful new-business sales experience in 3PL, fulfillment, logistics, or eCommerce operations
Proven track record selling product fulfillment solutions, including: Warehousing and inventory management, Pick/pack/ship, Kitting, bundling, and sampling, Returns and reverse logistics
Strong understanding of eCommerce fulfillment models, including: DTC and subscription commerce, Social commerce (TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram), Marketplace fulfillment
Deep understanding of how brands evaluate and select 3PL partners, including service levels, scalability, technology, and cost
Experience selling multi-site and multi-service solutions, not transactional freight or brokerage only
Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Familiarity with ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred
Ability to translate fulfillment performance into ROI, speed-to-market, and customer experience impact for clients
Self-directed, resilient, and comfortable prospecting in competitive, fast-moving markets
Strong executive presence and communication skills.
