Role Overview
- Be the main contact for customers & carriers
- Handle calls, emails & texts about quotes, bookings, delivery updates & billing
- Provide accurate pricing & shipment info
- Update orders & quotes in CRM
- Solve issues fast and suggest service improvements
Requirements
- Speak & write English fluently
- Communicate clearly and love helping people
- Stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Have great attention to detail & phone etiquette
- Can work US hours (CST), incl. evenings/weekends
- Customer support or sales experience = big plus
