About this role

Lead the design and execution of our targeted Investment IT support model
Collaborate closely with investment teams and stakeholders to understand their needs
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, support policies, and procedures
Manage support tickets efficiently, prioritize critical issues, and guide the team on best practices
Provide regular updates to senior management on IT support performance

Strong technical background in IT systems, networking, server management, and cybersecurity
Experience with investment management software such as portfolio systems, trading platforms, and data analytics tools
Proven experience managing IT support teams within the investment management sector
Excellent communication skills, ability to engage effectively with technical teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of change management, security protocols, and compliance standards specific to investment data and systems
