Support the HR Business Partners with delivering the HR strategy and contributing to the people agenda through projects and initiatives including people management education & training
Responsible for data and analytics for your business areas
Carrying out regular and in-depth tracking and reporting to the business on all elements of people data including sickness absence and case management
Provide well-constructed advice and solutions to managers, promoting best practice & innovative thinking on case management with resolution at the heart
Work to fully understand the business challenges, to enable you as the second tier of HR support to assist your people managers in developing the right people solutions
Requirements
Proven experience in a HR generalist role with a good understanding of UK employment law
Be able to prioritise effectively and successfully manage high volumes of cases and small projects whilst working to tight deadlines
Thrives in a fast paced environment, is an inquisitive self-starter who is eager to learn
Experience working in large complex matrix organisations with responsibility for significant size client groups
Articulate and diplomatic communicator who can engage with a wide network of stakeholders and manage their needs
Able to build trusting relationships/stakeholder manager through regular engagement
Good attention to detail and enjoys working with data with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
An excellent team player with the ability to successfully collaborate with colleagues acting as part of one HR team
