Support and supervise our junior staff (interns, apprentices, dual-study students and working students) at the Eisenach, Weida and Hilmersdorf (Erzg.) locations, based at the Weida site
Conduct regular development discussions with junior staff and act as the designated contact person at the sites
Support the recruitment process, from marketing measures to hiring, in collaboration with the Head of Recruitment and company management
Assist department managers with employment contract correspondence
Organize and conduct school visits, trade fairs and information events
Communicate and collaborate with external bodies such as the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), Chamber of Crafts (HWK), inter-company training centers, vocational schools and universities
Develop junior staff programs together with the Head of Apprenticeship/Training
Provide organizational and administrative support to the Head of Recruitment
Requirements
Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
Further training as a certified HR specialist (Personalfachkaufmann) or equivalent desirable
Trainer qualification (Ausbildereignung, AdA certificate)
Professional experience as an HR advisor focusing on apprenticeship/training or junior staff, or in a comparable role desirable
Basic knowledge of employment law
Confident, friendly and approachable manner
Strong interest in (young) people and their development
Excellent communication skills
Independent and goal-oriented working style
Flexibility in working hours (including occasional weekend trade fairs)
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
