Prepare and monitor all deliverables related to the self‑certification of the electronic identification method (MIE)
Manage an external risk analysis service, including identification of regulatory gaps, risk assessment, and co‑development of a prioritized action plan
Consolidate the provider’s recommendations and translate them into an operational roadmap
Select, together with the working group, compliant authentication solutions
Prepare the self‑certification dossier and coordinate its submission to the Agence du Numérique en Santé (ANS)
Coordinate the deployment of the electronic identification method (MIE) within the affected tools
Support business teams in adopting new practices
Ensure the compliance of existing tools used by France operations (Sphinx, etc.)
Explain regulatory issues in plain language to non‑technical stakeholders
Present the necessary trade‑offs between cybersecurity requirements and business constraints
Facilitate decision‑making in a multi‑stakeholder environment
Requirements
You hold a higher education degree in IT project management
You have significant experience in project management, ideally in compliance, cybersecurity or IT regulation projects
You take on a leadership role even when you are not the official manager
You successfully motivate colleagues at work
You use listening skills to resolve communication issues at work when necessary
You can explain a complex or technical idea to a non‑specialist audience when required
You can negotiate or compromise with a colleague to reach a mutually beneficial outcome when necessary (e.g., trade‑offs between technical constraints and business needs)
