About this role
Role Overview
Handle various administrative support requests from department staff
Draft, edit, and proofread documents and PowerPoint presentations
Prepare and produce statistical and accounting reports
Manage agendas, phone calls, and group activity calendars
Plan and organize internal and external meetings for the sector
Coordinate and book business travel arrangements
Manage expense reports, financial provisions, and invoice payments
Produce budget tracking reports
Manage office supply procurement
Verify consultant work hours
Work closely with other assistants and department managers
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role
Holds a DEP in secretarial studies or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneNote)
Knowledge of Planview (an asset)
Advanced level of English
Fluent in French both oral and written
