About this role
Role Overview
Support the People & Culture team in welcoming new Auroreans through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and acting as a point of contact
Register new hires in our HR management system, set up new employee folders, and schedule introductory and probationary meetings
Help maintain and update employee records and data in the HR management system (internal moves, changes to personal details, contract changes), ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Collaborate with People & Culture specialists to create induction plans and ensure new Auroreans have the correct learning plans assigned, including mandatory training
Maintain and support People & Culture trackers
Assist with creating and maintaining process guides and instruction manuals for local HR processes.
Requirements
Familiarity with or strong interest in using an HR system
Experience using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Fluent in English — written and spoken to support the Americas region
Proactive and detail-oriented
Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Respectful of confidentiality and personal integrity
