Support the People & Culture team in welcoming new Auroreans through efficient administration of their onboarding, answering questions, and serving as a point of contact
Register new starters in our HR management system; set up new employee folders; and coordinate introductory and probationary meetings
Support the maintenance and updating of employee records and data in the HR management system (internal moves, changes to personal details, contract changes), ensuring accuracy and data integrity
Collaborate with P&C specialists to develop induction plans and ensure new Auroreans have the correct learning plans assigned, including mandatory trainings
Maintain and support People & Culture trackers
Support the creation and maintenance of process guides and instruction manuals for local HR processes.
Requirements
Familiarity with or interest in using an HR system
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to support the Americas region
Proactive and detail-oriented
Well organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Respectful of confidentiality and demonstrates integrity
