Provide high-quality, centralized HR support to employees and managers
Manage and resolve HR tickets/cases within established SLAs using HR case management tools
Provide first-line support for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll inquiries, benefits questions, leave of absence processes, PTO, employment verification, performance, T&D, recognition, compensation, and other HR functions
Escalate complex or sensitive cases to appropriate HR COEs or HR Business Partners
Track, monitor, and close cases with accurate documentation
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
Answer employee questions related to benefits and payroll inquiries
Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance activities
Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of HR programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2+ years of HR operations, people services or HR generalist experience
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms preferred
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) preferred
