About this role
Role Overview
Manage and grow existing B2B SaaS clients
Build and maintain long-term, partnership-based customer relationships
Identify opportunities for expansion, upselling, and account growth
Coordinate contract renewals as well as proposals and service extensions
Regularly consult with clients on usage, requirements, and product enhancements
Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Product Management
Maintain and document all customer-relevant information in the CRM system
Requirements
Experience in account management or in servicing B2B SaaS clients
Strong understanding of customer needs, business processes, and digital solutions
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence at all levels
Structured, reliable, and independent working style
Ability to strategically develop customer relationships
Very good German skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
